ErrandHelp should provide a clear path for users to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, subject to safety, fraud, tax, dispute, and legal-retention obligations.
Supported request types
- Access: ask what account/profile data is associated with your email.
- Correction: request updates to inaccurate profile, provider, or request details.
- Deletion: request account deletion where retention is not required.
- Export: request a machine-readable copy of supported account data.
- Marketing opt-out: stop non-essential promotional communications.
Verification
We may need to verify the email, phone number, or account ownership before completing a privacy request. We should not disclose private account details to unverified requesters.
Retention limits
Some information may be retained to prevent fraud, support disputes, comply with accounting/tax requirements, enforce safety decisions, preserve legal claims, or maintain marketplace integrity.
